It is mandatory by the State of Maine that we have all medical forms on file before your camper arrives at camp. Please be as prompt as you can with forms. The sooner we have your forms in our office the sooner you can relax knowing they are done.
Dear Kieve-Wavus Families,
We hope this email finds everyone doing well!
We are thrilled to announce that Kieve-Wavus has a new camp enrollment and communication system partnering with CampMinder and their "CampInTouch" software. Medical forms can be accessed through your CampInTouch account, once establisehed.
If you have any questions please contact Marge at 207-549-5719 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can’t wait to see you this summer!
Henry R. Kennedy, Executive Director
Kirstie A. Truluck, Wavus Camp for Girls Director
If your child’s health status changes after medical forms have been submitted (concussion, contagious illness, fracture, changes to medications, etc.) we need to be notified in writing prior to the start of camp of any changes.
We have provided these forms in Adobe Acrobat PDF format; you will need the free Acrobat Reader to view them. If you don’t have the Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download it from Adobe.
To assist parents in outfitting their children for camp, below are clothing and equipment lists intended to answer many questions that may arise. By all means, bring things you already own or shop at a local sporting goods store if you prefer. We have partnered with Summer Camp Supply to help you find some of these items.
